In the Personalized Box be sure to comment with the following information:

Pasture Bedtime | Orders require $10 shipping charge. Proof, production of final product and shipping could take up to 2-3 weeks to receive.
Little Herd | Orders require $5 shipping charge. Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of ordering.
Orders $75+ shipped within United States use code FREESHIP75. Exclusions include Pasture Bedtime items due to personalization.

Personalized items apart of the Pasture Bedtime Collection are non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your order we will work with you. Issues with orders should be addressed within 7 days of receiving order. Please use the Contact Us form.
Little Herd Boutique items returned within 15 days will receive in-store credit only.
